Where is my refund for the return?

When the return has been processed it usually take 5 – 7 working days for the refund to be applied to your Frasers Plus account on some occasions it can take up to 28 days.

If you’re still waiting for your refund after 28 days have elapsed, please contact the relevant retailer.
