As a responsible lender, we regularly review your account to assess if we can offer you a credit limit increase or if we need to reduce your credit limit depending on factors such as payment history, creditworthiness, affordability, purchase values and purchase frequency.
If you think your credit limit is too high we can decrease it for you, but it cannot go below your current balance. Please contact our support team through your app or Submit a request.
On occasion, if you’re eligible for a credit limit increase, we may send you a message via email and SMS to offer you one. We can’t currently give increases upon request.
