The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion

1. In order to use the Promotion you must go onto the Website, make a Qualifying Purchase of £20 or more and, at the point of checkout/purchase, the 500 Points will automatically be added to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
2. 500 Points awarded shall remain pending on your Frasers Plus Credit Account for a period of 35 days (“Pending Period”) following the date of the Qualifying Purchase being made and shall be applied following the Pending Period.
3. Where a full refund of the Qualifying Purchase is processed within the Pending Period, you are no longer eligible for the Promotion, and the 500 Points shall not be applied to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
4. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.
5. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.
6. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
7. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.
9. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
10. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.
