Double Points with Purchase - Promotion Terms

Promotion	Double Points on Qualifying Purchases. Subject to availability.
Eligible Customers	All new Frasers Plus Credit Account holders which have been approved by Frasers Group Financial Services Limited (including all auto-accepted accounts and accounts referred for further checks which are subsequently approved) before 23:59:59 on 07/08/2024 and have agreed to the consumer credit agreement found here.
Qualifying Purchase	Any purchases made with a Frasers Plus Credit Account on the Website and in accordance with the Frasers Plus Loyalty Scheme Terms found here. (Exclusions apply)
Promotion Period	09:00:00 on 12/08/2024 until 23:59:59 on 26/08/2024
Double Points	2 x points for every full £1 you spend using your Frasers Plus Credit Account on the Website.
Exclusions	The following will not count towards the Qualifying Purchase required for this Promotion: orders placed before or after the Promotion Period; the value of any e-voucher, gift card, other promotion/discount or club card; delivery charges.

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion

1. In order to use the Promotion you must go onto the Website, make a Qualifying Purchase and, at the point of checkout/purchase, the Double Points will automatically added to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
2. Double Points awarded shall remain pending on your Frasers Plus Credit Account for a period of 35 days (“Pending Period”) following the date of the Qualifying Purchase being made and shall be applied following the Pending Period.
3. Where a full refund of the Qualifying Purchase is processed within the Pending Period, you are no longer eligible for the Promotion, and the Double Points shall not be applied to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
4. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.
5. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.
6. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
7. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.
9. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
10. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.
11. The Promotors liability, to any participant or any other third party in relation to the Promotion, is limited to £50.00 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).
12. Where the Promotion is advertised on a Platform, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that Platform. You are providing your information to the Promoter. By participating in the Promotion you agree to complete release of the Platform from any claims in connection with this Promotion.
