What fees may be charged?

The fees we charge are listed below:

• £12 late repayment fee if you don’t make your payment by the due date, please remember to track your payments.
• £0 returned payment fee for the first three returned payments and £5 thereafter.
• Interest charges apply to new plans which have an initial length selected of over 3 months, or which become longer than 3 months due to replanning an existing plan.
