When switching you to Frasers Plus, we’ll keep you up to date every step of the way. Please check your email inbox and junk email inbox regularly to keep up to date.
The first email you will have been sent will have the subject ‘Important information about your Studio Pay account’ and will tell you in detail about your switch from Studio Pay to Frasers Plus. You can manage whether you want to switch or not, please refer to the email or letter you received to find out how and when you need to do this by.
We’ll be in touch to remind you about details of the switch and the date by which you need to make your decision.
After this, if you choose to switch, you’ll receive an email confirming your Studio Pay account has been switched, providing you with the details of your Frasers Plus account, where you’ll be able to see your transferred Studio Pay balance. Please refer to your emails / letters to find details of the date by which you should expect to be switched.
What if I decide to opt out of the switch?
You can manage whether you want to switch or not, please refer to the email or letter you received to find out how and when you need to do this by. If you decide to opt out of the switch to Frasers Plus, we’ll send you an email confirming you have opted out after the expiration date.
I’ve received an email advising you’ve not been able to switch my Studio Pay Account.
