Why am I being charged interest on a 1 or 3 month plan?

When you select either a 1 or 3 month plan for a new purchase your plan will be interest free. However, if you re-plan an existing plan to a 1 or 3 month plan, having already made a payment(s) to the existing plan, then your plan would be charged interest where the total plan length exceeds 3 months.

For example, if you’ve made two payments to a plan and then replan for a further 3 months, the total payments when complete will result in five monthly payments and result in interest being added.

Only plans which end within 3 months of your transaction will be interest free.

When you select an instalment plan, that plan starts from either;

• the purchase date
• or if you’ve made a payment, from the billing date of the last instalment that was paid in full
