If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit, you'll need to contact the bank your account is held with and request they cancel the Direct Debit on their side.
Please note that it can take up to seven working days for a Direct Debit to be cancelled between your bank and our service.
Once your Direct Debit has been cancelled, you can still set it up again. This can also be done with a different bank account or different details.
