My Studio Pay balance on Frasers Plus isn’t as expected?

The balance transferred from your Studio Pay account to Frasers Plus will include any applicable interest added to your most recent statement balance. The statement showing any applicable interest and the balance transferred will be available to you shortly after you’re transferred.

Your total balance on Frasers Plus also includes any interest due to be charged across the length of your instalment plans. You’ll see the amount of interest applied for the entire length of the plan in advance unlike Studio Pay. Select your Studio Pay transaction and it will display the amount with the interest as displayed below:

You’ll have the option to replan your balance to a shorter instalment plan to reduce the interest you’ll pay. To pay no interest on your transferred balance you can select a 1 or 3 month instalment plan. To ensure you are on an interest free plan, make sure to change your plan before you make your monthly payment. You can also still log into your Studio Pay account to see your recent Studio Pay statement and see your balance at the time your account was switched. This has also been sent to you via email or letter.
