Please refer to your email / letter that contains the date by which you should expect to be switched. If you’ve not received any updates and the date has passed, contact us about your switch at switch@studio.co.uk.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your Studio Pay account has been switched on to Frasers Plus.
I was told my account was switching, but I haven’t received my confirmation email.
